Employee Deviation Days/Current Schedule

Usage

The Current Schedule window displays the accurate schedule for an employee during the selected time period. For instance, if an employee deviation cycle is added to the normal schedule in which the employee is on parental leave every Friday, it will be visible in this window. In other words, this tab holds the sum of all scheduling information. The window derives the schedule information from the following entries listed in priority order:

  1. Deviation day, if a deviation day exists this is displayed, if not, the next level is investigated.
  2. Substitute schedule (the substitute schedule connected to the ordinary schedule). 
  3. Deviation cycle.
  4. Ordinary schedule.

Note! The information in IFS/Time and Attendance, is not considered in this window.
