Absence Configuration/Absence Groups

Usage

Use this tab to create absence groups which will define a particular category of absence such as annual holidays etc. used in the company. Absence types can be created for each absence group which are used when registering absence for employees. These absence groups and types can later be used in the Absence window to define the amount of allocated absence (absence limit) for each employee.

You can specify the basic details such as the group ID and description using this tab. Additional details can be entered using the Absence Configuration/Absence Groups tab once you have already created the absence group.
