Use this window to define average utilization values per serial. For fleets with regular utilization, like trains and commercial aircrafts, defining an average utilization value on part level will in most cases work fine. But for a defense and/or mission related environment where utilization is more irregular, i.e. an aircraft is used heavily in a period but is then not used at all in other periods, the average utilization needs to be defined per serial.
If an average utilization value has been defined on a serial, this average value
will always be utilized first when performing due calculations. If this has not
been defined, the average value defined on the maintenance group for the serial
will be used.
