Employee/Qualifications/Competencies
Usage
Use this tab window to describe the employee’s competency.
The following options are available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:
- Copy from Other Employee Competency... - This function copies competencies from another employee. You open a dialogue box in which you can select an employee who has the desired competencies.
- Copy from Job Competency Requirement...- This function copies competencies from the selected employee's Job.
- Element Level... - This function opens Element Level for the specified Competency Element Name.
- Change Company... - Use this option to change the active company in the system. A dialog box appears from which you can select the available company to be activated.
