Usage
You cannot change or add any information in this window.The window is divided into two tables. The first one is read-only and displays the positive gap between the employee's competencies as specified in Employee Strategic Files and the competencies as specified in the Job Specification window. I.e., the employee has higher competency levels than the job requires.
The lower section of this window is where the employee can register his/her own opinion regarding his/her strong points.
