Use this portlet to view active route work orders.
No setup is required before you use this portlet for the first time, except your personal customizations (see below).
This portlet displays your search results in table format.
The following items appear in the search results:
Report In: Click on the link to open the Report in Route Work Order page.
WO No: The number added to the order number to create a unique order term.
Route ID: The route ID for which the route work order is generated.
Route Description: The description corresponding to the route ID.
Planned Start: The date and time when the route work order is planned to start.
Planned Finish: The date and time when the route work order is planned to be completed.
Actual Start: The date and time when work on the route work order actually started.
Status: The current status of the work order. Possible values are Released and Started.
Using the Customize page, you can define search criteria and customize the layout of your portlet.
The following search criteria are available in this portlet:
Show my work only: Displays only the route work orders which are executed by the current user.
Show all work connected to contractor: Displays all route work orders connected to the current user's vendor.
Choose status: Select the status of the work orders that you want to display. Possible values are Released and Started.
Order by Type: Select the order by which the work orders should be displayed in the table. Possible values are None, Ascending and Descending.
The following layout options are available in this portlet:
Portlet name: The name that appears at the top of this portlet. You can change this name to one of your choosing.
Max no of hits to be displayed: The maximum number of rows displayed in the portlet. When you minimize the portlet, the number of matched records appears next to the portlet name.
