Create and Connect a Document File to an Object Using a Drag-and-Drop Operation

Explanation

Use this activity to connect a document file to a business object using a drag-and-drop operation. This functionality is available in the Documents link in the Attachments panel and in the Document References window which can be opened by clicking More... on the Attachments panel.

Once you have dropped the file, enter the required document information and save. A document revision is created, the document file is connected to the document revision and copied into the document repository, and the document revision is connected to the business object.
