Usage

Use this window to define automatic day type switches. This function is especially useful when you have shift working employees that often change from their scheduled shift to another. E.g., changing from morning shift to the evening shift. However, it can be used for all kinds of personnel. 

The automatic day type selection is defined for the day schedule. This means that every day schedule can have its own definitions even if the same ordinary day type is involved. The connection to the employee is via the normal employee schedules and rules connection.

The automatic switch definitions are considered only when clocking in and out via data capture devices. It is not considered when creating clocking from the Windows or web clients.

The day type replacing the ordinary day type will be inserted into the field Temporary Day Type in the Time Card window.
