Set Work Order Status to On Route

Explanation

This activity is used to change the status of the mobile work order to On Route. This status is set when you start traveling to the customer's site to perform the work. If a default travel craft is defined for the mobile user, a travel time transaction is created automatically when the work order is set on route.

Procedure

  1. On the Home Screen, tap Work Orders.
  2. Tap on the the work order you wish to set on route and then tap On Route.

    Note: If you have set up a work order survey to appear at this stage of the work flow, the survey will be opened. Respond to the survey and click Save.

  1. Observe the status of the work order is changed to On Route.
