Use this tab to report in the hours used for a certain work order. Enter the employee ID, maintenance organization, time type, craft and the number of hours utilized in this window.
When you enter a maintenance organization, time type, craft and the number of hours the amount will be calculated automatically. If you enter a maintenance organization and a craft the total is based on the hourly rate of the craft, and this total is dependent on the values entered for maintenance organizations, crafts, sales parts, price list numbers, and the number of hours in IFS/Service Management. Optionally time type can be used to filter crafts available to report time and with a different sales price. The amount in this tab appears automatically as personnel costs in the Actual Cost field of the Budget tab, and in the Cost Amount field of the Postings tab.
