Usage

Use this tab to enter or modify requirements for sign off on operations and subtasks on the work order. Note: It is only possible to enter sign off requirements before the work order is released.

You cannot create or change sign off requirements for work orders from IFS/Vehicle Information Management, i.e., work orders with the connection type VIM. On the instruction or subtask it will be possible to indicate the following combinations of sign off requirements:

• Executor sign off is required.
• Executor sign off required and Inspector sign off required.
• Executor sign off required and Independent sign off required.
• Executor sign off required, Inspector sign off required and Independent sign off required.
