Use this dialog box to allocate an employee to multiple work order operations at the same time. This feature facilitates the distribution of responsibility for execution of work orders and is generally used by a work leader or team leader. It is only possible to allocate an employee to multiple work order operations if the operations belong to the same work order site. The List of Values can be used to select an employee valid for the site on the work orders. Select the Clear existing allocation before update check box if you want all existing allocations on the operation to be removed prior to adding the new allocation. When you click OK the selected work order operations will be updated with the employee's ID.
