Usage

Use this dialog box to spread access rights to parts and serials. The following tasks can be performed in this dialog box:

• Enter an access group for a template part.
• Spread the access group to all the parts and alternates on all levels.
• Select the serials for a given template, and distribute the access group to all serials on all levels for the selected top serials.
• Grant or revoke access to existing parts and serials. 

This feature is only available for active templates. The access groups that control the serials are extended (spread) throughout the specified template part structure, to all parts on all levels including the alternates. Access groups are used to control access to serials and maintenance programs.
