View Cost Postings

Explanation

This activity is used to view information on all the cost postings relating to a posting line of a posting proposal.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, one or more supplier invoices with posting lines in the posting proposal must exist.

Procedure

1. Open the Posting Proposals window.
2. Populate or query for the posting proposal containing the posting line, on which you want to view the cost postings.
3. Select the record, right-click and then click Posting Proposal. The Posting Proposal window opens.
4. Open the Cost Postings tab and use Query or Populate function to view the relevant posting line(s).
