Usage

Use this tab to define and view customer contacts for the specific support agreement. This information will be inherited by all call center cases that use that particular support agreement. It is possible to limit access to the support agreement to only the contact persons.  If a certain contact person is not authorized, a message will be displayed to that effect when creating the call center case.
