Call Off Full Amount

Explanation

This activity is used to call off the full amount on a call off. For each level within a call off (i.e. header, line and item) it is possible to release the full remaining Call Off Value (i.e., Sub Contract Value - Previous Cumulative Call Off Value). To do this, you need to perform this activity for the level on which you wish to release the full remaining Call Off Value.

Prerequisites

A call off must exist in the Planned status.

System Effects

The Remaining Call Off Value is released for the call off level.

Procedure

1. Open the Sub Contract window and query (F3) for the necessary sub contract.
2. Click the Call Off tab.
3. Select the call off, right-click, and then click Call Off Items. The Sub Contract Call Off Items window opens.
4. Select the record at the level for which the remaining call off value is to be released, i.e., the header, line or item level.
5. Right-click and then click Call Off Full Amount.
