Print Load List

Explanation

Use this activity to print a load list. The printed list has a header with general shipment information and lines with information about the ordered parts. Every part line on the list corresponds to an entered customer order line.

Prerequisites

• This activity requires that a load list must have been entered.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the load list is printed.

Procedure

1. In the header, search for the desired load list via the Populate or Query function.
2. Select Print Load List in the Operations menu.
3. Print Report opens. In this window you can choose to preview the printout. You can also confirm or cancel the printout. If you wish to print the load list, click OK. If you wish to view the load list before printing, click the Preview button. Then, you can print the load list by clicking the Print button.
