Connect General Services to Sales Part

Explanation

This activity is used to define which sales part is used for emergent work, condition based tasks, LLP replacements, faults, post maintenance checks and service requests. A single sales part can represent several services but multiple sales parts cannot be connected to the same service. The sales part will be used when creating service quotation lines and when scope or emergent work based on a service quotation is to be invoiced. Only one sales part per site can be defined as a general sales part for a given type, for instance there cannot be two sales parts that are defined for emergent work on the site.

Prerequisites
