Add Other Demands
Explanation
This activity is used enter Externals Expenses and Fixed Price plans to the work
order.
Prerequisites
- Non-inventory Sales parts should be created in IFS/Sales and
procurement.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a work order service quotation is planned with
Externals Expenses and Fixed Price lines.

Procedure
- Open the Service Quotation window and query for the
service quotation.
- Click on the Work order tab, create new (F5) or query existing.
- Select Other Demands tab and add new record (F5).
- Enter Work Order Cost Type and the values for Sales Part
Number and Quantity. Save (F12).
- Repeat step 2 to 4 as required.
