Enter Execution Information

Explanation

Use this activity to enter execution details that will be inherited by the work orders created to the service line.

Prerequisites

• Service contract valid sites should be defined in Service Contract/ Valid Sites tab.
• Maintenance organizations should be defined in IFS/Basic Data for Maintenance.
• Standard jobs should be defined and set to Active in IFS/Preventive Maintenance.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, execution data inherits to the work order.

Procedure

1. Open the Service Contract window and query for a record (F3).
2. Click the Services tab and select a service line.
3. Click Execution tab and add new record (F5).
4. Enter values for Site and Standard Job ID using List of Values (F8).
5. Optionally, Enter a value for Maintenance Organization.
6. Save the information (F12).
7. If required, enter more standard jobs per site by repeating step 3 to 6. Note: When adding more standard jobs under the same site, the maintenance organization should not be entered as it is enough to mention it in one record only.
8. To enter execution information for different sites, repeat step 3 to 7.
