Suspend Distribution List Entry

Explanation

Use this activity to suspend an active distribution list entry (i.e. unsubscribe distribution).

Prerequisites

The entry must be in Active status (the Activate right mouse button option is not available).

System Effects

The entry is suspended and its distribution cannot be executed.

Procedure

1. Open the Distribution window. 
2. Query for the active distribution line to be suspended.
3. Select the row, right click and click Suspend.
