Connect Customer Agreement to Site

Explanation

This activity is used to specify the sites the customer agreement is valid for. However you are only able to connect the user-allowed sites belonging to the same company. The sites can be specified manually or added from a site cluster.

Procedure

  1. Open the Customer Agreement window and query for the required agreement and click the Valid for Sites tab.

To enter valid sites manually:

  1. Click New and enter the site manually or select from the List of Values.
  2. Save when all required sites have been entered.

To enter sites from a site cluster:

  1. Right-click on the Valid for Sites tab, select Add Sites from Sites Cluster and the Add Sites from the Site Cluster dialog box will open.
  2. Enter the appropriate site cluster.
  3. Enter a site cluster node or a site from the List of Values. The corresponding level will be displayed in the Site Cluster Level Name. By selecting a cluster node you can add all the sites in the levels below the selected node's level.
  4. Click OK.
