Remove Invalid Prices

Explanation

When prices on a price list become invalid, it is possible to remove these prices.

Prerequisites

This activity has the following prerequisites:

• A sales price list must have been entered and saved.
• The user must have access to the owning company of the sales price list.

System Effects

Prices with a valid date before a given date are removed from the price list.

Procedure

1. Choose Remove Invalid Prices in the operations menu from a sales price list.
2. Enter a keep prices valid from date in the dialog box. Prices with valid date before the entered date will be removed.
3. Click on the OK button.
