Copy Customer Agreement Lines

Explanation

This activity is used to copy agreement lines to another agreement. You can copy existing agreement lines to another agreement instead of adding new ones by right-clicking and clicking Copy Part Lines to Agreement on the Deal per Part tab to copy part lines or Copy Assortment Lines to Agreement on the Deal per Assortment tab to copy assortment lines. A dialog box is opened when selecting this operation.

Prerequisites

 A customer agreement must have been entered and saved. Information on deal per part/deal per assortment must have been entered.

System Effects

 Agreement lines will be added to the destination agreement specified in the Copy Customer Agreement Lines dialog box.

Procedure

1. Open the Customer Agreement window and query for the agreement ID that you want to copy the agreement lines from. Select the agreement lines and right-click and click Copy Part Lines to Agreement on the Deal per Part tab to copy part lines or Copy Assortment Lines to Agreement on the Deal per Assortment tab to copy assortment lines. The Copy Customer Agreement Lines dialog box opens up.
2. In the Agreement ID field, enter the destination agreement ID that the lines should be copied to.
3. Click OK to confirm.
