Connect Sales Price List to Site

Explanation

Use this activity to connect a sales price list to a site. In order to use created sales price lists on different sites, the sites must be connected to sales price lists. However, you are only able to connect the user-allowed sites. The sites can be specified manually or added from a site cluster.

Prerequisites

This activity has the following prerequisites:

• A sales price list header must have been entered and saved.
• Required sites or the site cluster should have been saved.
• The user entering the information must have access to all the sites to be added. This is done in the Sites per User window.
• The user must have access to the owning company of the sales price list.

System Effects

As a result of this activity:

• The current price list can be used for customer orders on the specified sites.

Procedure

1. Open the Sales Price List window and query for the required sales price list and click the Valid for Sites tab.

To enter valid sites manually:

2. Click New.
3. In the Site field, enter the short code or use the List of Values to select a site.
4. Save when all required sites have been entered.

To enter sites from a site cluster:

2. Right-click on the Valid for Sites tab, select Add Sites from Sites Cluster and the Add Sites from the Site Cluster dialog box will appear.
3. Enter the appropriate site cluster.
4. Enter a site cluster node or a site from the List of Values. The corresponding level will be displayed in the Site Cluster Level Name. By selecting a cluster node you can add all the sites in the levels below the selected node's level.
5. Click OK.
