Register Job Posting Recruitment

Explanation

Use this function to register a recruitment process for a job posting in order to reach applicants for vacant positions. You will find this window by using the Operations menu or right mouse button option Job Opportunity Recruitment Method Details in Job Opportunity Advertisement. Use the predefined values, External Job Posting or Internal Job Posting, that are automatically generated when installing the application in the system.

Prerequisites

Before registering a job posting recruitment, a Job Opportunity Advertisement must have been registered.

System Effects

If you want the Job Opportunity to be shown on the Web application, the following settings must be fulfilled in job Opportunity Advertisement:

• Job Opportunity must have status - Active.
• Recruitment method must be - External Job Posting for external web or Internal Job Posting for your Intranet.
• System date must appear between the Job Postings Start Date and End Date.

1. Select New.
2. Choose between External Job Posting or Internal Job Posting in the list box and add a Posting Media. Fill in other fields.
3. Save.
