Record Selection Activity Result

Explanation

Use this function to evaluate the results of the evaluation process per selection process and per candidate. Essentially the same information is presented in two different ways: first, in Evaluation Process, and second, in a tree structure in both Overview - Evaluation Process per Job Candidate and Overview - Evaluation Process per Selection Process; these are alternative displays of basically the same information.

Prerequisites

Before registering the result for the selection process, a Position ID, Candidate ID, selection Process, and Personnel Requisition Number must have been registered.

Procedure

Note: You cannot register any information if the Request Status displays Canceled, Rejected, or Fulfilled.

Evaluation Process:

  1. Select a Personnel Requisition No to evaluate. Information in the Request Date and Request Status fields in the window header are automatically displayed when you select a Personnel Requisition No.
  2. Put the cursor in the first column and select New to register a new item.
  3. In the Per Candidate and Per Selection Process tabs, the Candidate ID and Recruitment Source fields are mandatory. All preregistered fields are automatically displayed when you select New.
  4. Save.

 

Evaluation Process per Job Candidate, Evaluation Process per Selection Process:

  1. Click on Personal Requisition.
  2. Choose one of the branches in the tree structure.
  3. Click on the person you want to evaluate.
  4. Fill in data.
  5. Save.
