Cancel Receiving Advice

Explanation

This activity is used to cancel a receiving advice. A receiving advice can have the following statuses: Created, Communicated and Cancelled. The receiving advice can be cancelled while it is in the Created or Communicated status, but before a supplier self-billing invoice has been created based on the receiving advice.

Prerequisites

 A supplier self-billing invoice must not have been created on the receiving advice.

Procedure

  1. Open the Receiving Advice window and query for the relevant receiving advice.
  2. Right-click on the header and then click Cancel Receiving Advice.
