Usage

New recruits usually undergo an induction (orientation) program (sometimes called initiation program or introduction program). The most common induction program passes information from a recruitment officer or HR personnel and the employee's direct supervisor. Some induction programs include activities such as getting a photo ID, getting measured for work uniforms, signing documents, etc. Some may also include a training component.

The induction program is generally the same for all employees. However, there may be cases where additional or different tasks are required.

This window records the employee induction program. The default program is obtained from the Standard Induction Programs window, and you can modify the items as required.
