Use this window to manage supply chain parameters (such as ship via codes, lead times, distance, and expected shipping costs) for deliveries to external customers from the external supplier currently displayed in the header.
Along with viewing existing information, you can also enter new information in this window. The results are the same as if you enter the supply chain parameters in the Supplier to Customer Supply Chain Parameters window. The only difference between the two windows is the way they display the information.
This window contains two tables. In the upper table, you can view and enter general supply chain parameters. In the lower table, you can view or define exceptions for each general supply chain parameter defined in the upper table.
