Use this dialog box to indicate the exchange component details to be sent to the supplier in exchange for a new part. It's possible to add a new record, delete an existing record, or update an existing record in this window as long as the status of the requisition line is Planned, Released, Authorized, or Partially Authorized. For authorized and partially-authorized lines, you can only add new records if the authorization rule allows a change in the requisition price. When the requisition line has been converted to a purchase order, you can view the information, but no updates are allowed.
