Perform this activity to view the customer company project transactions that are created automatically as a result of multi-company project reporting. This activity is relevant to the employee company.

Procedure

Using the Multi-Company Reporting Details dialog box:

  1. Open the Project Time Registration window, Project Cost Registration/Personal or Project Cost Registration/Non-Personal tab and query for the required multi-company reporting record.
  2. Select the record, right-click and click on the Multi-Company Reporting Details menu option.
  3. The Multi-Company Reporting Details dialog box will open and show all the linked transactions connected to the selected reporting line. E.g., a time reporting row with entries for three days will show three linked transactions in the Multi-Company Reporting Details dialog box.

Using the Multi-Company Project Transactions window:

  1. Open the Project Time Registration window, Project Cost Registration/Personal or Project Cost Registration/Non-Personal tab and query for the required multi-company reporting record.
  2. Right-click and click on the Multi-Company Transactions menu option.
  3. The Multi-Company Project Transactions window will open. Right-click and click on Project Transactions and select the Customer Company menu option.
  4. The Project Transactions window will open and show all the linked transactions connected to the selected reporting line.
