Register Internal Cost per Report Code

Explanation

Use this function to set an Internal Price on a Report Code and Resource Group combination. The data in this window is the same as in the Resource Group window Standard Price tab, so you do not need to perform this activity if data is registered in that window.

Prerequisites

• Report Codes must be defined.
• Resource Groups must be defined.

Procedure

1. Select New.
2. Use List of Values to select a Report Code, or leave as wildcard symbol percent (%) if you want the internal price to be valid for all report codes.
3. Use List of Values to select a Resource ID, or leave as wildcard symbol percent (%) if you want the internal price to be valid for all resource groups.
4. Give the report code/resource group combination a standard internal price in the Internal Price column.
5. Enter validity dates for the Internal Price.
6. Select Save.
