Give Report Cost an Invoice Text

Explanation

Use this function to make translations of Report Code Names. These translations will be visable on the invoices, if you select the corresponding language when printing the invoice.

Prerequisites

Report Codes must be created.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, the translated name for the Report Codes will appear on the Invoice if you select the corresponding language when printing the Invoice.

Procedure

1. Select New.
2. Use the listbox to select the language to which the Report Code Name will be translated.
3. Use List of Values to select a the Report Code that you want to translate.
4. Type your translation in the Language Description field.
5. Select Save.
