Enter Resource Criteria Template
Explanation
This activity is used to define the resource criteria templates which can be used
in a project.
Possible criteria are:
- Resource ID
- Employee Category
- Organization Code
- Position ID
- Work Location
- Report Code
Resource criteria template defines the criteria and the
evaluation order of the criteria. Criteria with the
lowest evaluation order value will be considered to have the highest
importance. The evaluation order is mandatory when a given criteria is used. The
resource ID criteria, which has the evaluation order 1, is automatically
created along with a new template.

System Effects
- The resource criteria template is used to generate
the resource criteria for a project.
- The template which has the Default Template check box selected
will be used for all the new projects that are created.

Procedure
- Click New (F5) to create a new template.
- Enter criteria template name and description.
- Select the Default Template check box if the template should be used as the default, in projects. Only
one template per installation can be used as default.
- Select the criteria and enter an evaluation
order. Resource ID criteria with evaluation order 1 will be visible when you
save the changes you made.
- Save the record.
