Release Request for Supplier Agreement Quotation

Explanation

When the request for quotation header is entered and the desired purchase parts, supplier assortments, and suppliers are connected in the corresponding tabs, the request must be released before you can print the request.

Prerequisites

• A request for quotation header must have been created and saved.
• At least one purchase part or supplier assortment must have been entered in the appropriate tab.
• At least one supplier must have been connected in the appropriate tab.

System Effects

The request for supplier agreement quotation is released and is ready to be printed and sent to the suppliers in question. The status in the header is changed to Released.

The supplier agreement quotations are created.
