Usage

Use this window to create preliminary invoices from the transactions that have not been invoiced within the chosen date period. Please note that this is a read-only window and no changes could be performed. The lines in this window are project transactions grouped on the combination of project, sub project, activity, report code and sales price. Choose all lines you want to include to the same invoice and then use the command Create Invoice. An invoice could comprise several projects but only one sales currency.

If project access is installed only project that you have access to are visible in this window.

The following commands are available from the right mouse button:

Clear Selection: Use this command if you are uncertain if you already have chosen one or several rows in the window.

Select All: With this command you can select all rows in the window. Very useful if you have many rows in the window and all of them should be invoiced.

Create Invoice: Use this command for creating project invoices based on your selection. If you have chosen project transaction with a sales amount equal to zero you get a choice where to include or exclude this transactions on the project invoice.

Project Transaction: With this command you can see every single project transaction that is grouped together on the selected rows. You can also perform changes to the project transaction.
