Replan Maintenance Order
Explanation
This activity is used to replan the start and/or finish
dates of the maintenance order. If an entire maintenance visit is decided to be
performed at an earlier or a later date than initially planned, the maintenance
order can be moved to a new required start date and, at the same time, the planned
execution logic structure (ELS) connected to it will be moved without having to
regenerate the ELS.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, a maintenance order in the Under Preparation status
must exist.
System Effects
- The required start and finish dates on the
maintenance order will be updated.
- The sequenced execution logic orders (ELOs)
on the old execution logic structure (ELS) will be moved to the
new ELS defined for the replanned maintenance order.
- If material requirements exist (in the Material Required tab), the material
required date will be
updated. If demands are created for the material in IFS Distribution, the
demand date will be changed to the new date.
