Use this window to create a proposal for a German Central Bank report of type Z5A-2. If the proposal is acknowledged, you can create an XML file to be uploaded to the ExtraNet of the German Central Bank. Where applicable a text file can be created in addition to the XML file.
The Z5A-2 report is required by German Foreign Trade regulations (AWV). It has to include the claims on and liabilities to non-residents (= foreign parties) with a non-banking status at the end of each month. The claims and liabilities must be reported by foreign country, identity type of the foreign party (external, internal-parent company, internal-sister company, internal-subsidiary) and by AR/AP type (whether short-term, long-term or payment in advance).
Before the proposal can be created basic information must be set up in the Central Bank Reporting Setup window.
To create a new proposal, right-click and then click Create Z5A-2 Proposal.
