Usage

Use this tab window to enter general information for a new reminder template. Use this tab to give instructions on how open items are treated. when a new reminder proposal is opened. The group box Include Into Reminder has check boxes with which you decide whether certain items are loaded into the proposal or not. Also whether you want to calculate and print accrued interest in the reminder printout. The parameters in the group box Exclude From Reminder serve as conditions to set the status of the reminder items automatically to Excluded at the time when the open items are loaded into the proposal. Reminder items with status Excluded are not printed in the reminder and not saved to Customer Reminder History/Customer Reminder Analysis windows.
