View Earlier Events

Explanation

Use this activity to view information for all events previously reported on the production unit. These events are available as a list of events in the Production Unit window.

Information for the events reported on a particular production unit can be viewed and evaluated. This includes, information on the work orders connected to an event.

Procedure

  1. Select the required production unit from the Overall Equipment Effectiveness navigator. The Production Unit window opens with information for the selected production unit.
  2. In the lower section of the window a list of existing events for the selected production unit will be displayed.
  3. Double-click on a particular event record to expand it and view further information.
  4. To expand or collapse all records in the list, right-click anywhere in the list, point to Expand/Collapse, and then click Expand All Items or Collapse All Items.
  5. For a more detailed view of an event, click the available date/time link for the particular record OR select the right mouse button option View Event on the record. This will open the detailed mode for the event.
  6. In the Show task bar, select the colored square or Log icon that represents the type of events you want displayed.
  7. Select All Events to view all existing events or select Events - Work Orders to only view events with connected work orders.
  8. In the Days list, select the number of days for which the events are to be displayed. For example, show all events reported during the past 30 days.
  9. To sort the records in the event list, right-click anywhere in the list, point to Sort By, and then click the value you want.
  10. To group the records in the event list, right-click anywhere in the list, point to Group By, and then click the value you want.
  11. To return to the default event list view, right-click anywhere in the list, and then click Reset to Default View.
