Analyze all Events
Explanation
Use this activity to view all events for your
production unit that are reported within the time interval specified for
analysis. This event information can be viewed in the OEE Event Overview
window. You can choose to view all events given in the production unit's APQ Analysis chart.
The OEE Event Overview window consists of
five tab windows: Stop Event, Production Change Event, Produced Event, Scrapping
Event, and Log Event. The tab window containing the largest number of reported
events will be placed in focus when the OEE Event Overview window
is opened. Following is a list of options available in this window and its tabs:
- You can view the number of events records each tab
window holds. This information is shown together with the tab name, e.g.,
Stop Event (XX).
- The event records in the tab window can be sorted
on the column level.
- There is also an option allowing you to export
event records to another application, such as, MS Excel.
- You can edit an event record directly in the
selected tab window.
- If needed, you can get a more detailed view of an
event by selecting the relevant right mouse button option.
- It is also possible to add one or more event
records to a selection, for instance, when the events are to be handled at a
later time.

As a result of this activity, you can view detailed
information on all events reported for your production unit within a given
period of time.

Procedure
- Open the APQ Analysis window to view all
events reported for your production unit,
- Right-click on the chart you selected, and then
click Show All Events. The OEE Event Overview window
opens and the tab containing the largest number of event records will be
placed in focus.
- The number of records each tab holds is shown alongside the tab name.
- To sort the event list in the tab, click on the
right part of a column title. An arrow (turned upward or downward) will
appear in the column title once the event records are sorted.
- To export data from this window to be used in
another application, select the event row(s) you want, right-click, and then
click Export.
- To get a more detailed view of an event, select
the row that holds the event record, right-click, and then click Show
Details.
- To modify an event, select the row that holds the
event record, right-click, and then click Edit Event.
- To add one or more events to a selection, select
the rows that hold the required event records, right-click, and then click
Add to Selection.
