This activity is used to view information about general payments of different companies at the same time. Using your user ID you can view general payments for those companies to which you are associated.

Prerequisites

 General payments must have been posted with mixed payment.

Procedure

To search for multi-company general payments:

1. Open the Multi-Company General Payments Analysis window.
2. Use the Search or Populate function to display the information.

To follow-up the details of a general payment:

1. Open the Multi-Company General Payments Analysis window and Search or Populate to view the multi-company general payments.
2. Right-click and click General Payment Analysis to display the details of the payment.
