Stop Indirect Time

Explanation

Use this activity to register that a team or an employee has finished working on an indirect job.

Prerequisites

An indirect clocking must have been started for an Employee or a Team.

System Effects

Time that falls outside the employee’s calendar is considered according to the settings on the site to which the indirect job belongs.

Procedure

  1. Open the Shop Floor Workbench window and click Enter As.  Enter an Employee ID or Team ID in the Enter As dialog box.
  2. Click the Stop Indirect option.
  3. Click OK.

To perform this activity from Time Clock

  1. Click the Stop Indirect button in Time Clock.
  2. Enter the Employee ID or the Team.
  3. Select the Indirect Job to be stopped from the list.
  4. Click OK.

Note: Indirect time is automatically stopped if the team or employee starts a setup or production activity.
