Stop Indirect Time
Explanation
Use this activity to register that a team or an employee has finished working
on an indirect job.
Prerequisites
An indirect clocking must have been started for an Employee or a Team.
System Effects
- The indirect clocking for the Employee or all employees in the
Team will receive a stop time.
- One transaction per employee will be created and receive an indirect
time result calculated as:
Stop time – Start time; calendar consideration
Time that falls outside the employee’s calendar is considered according to
the settings on the site to which the indirect job belongs.

Procedure
- Open the Shop Floor Workbench window and click Enter As.
Enter an Employee ID or Team ID in the Enter As
dialog box.
- Click the Stop Indirect option.
- Click OK.
To perform this activity from Time Clock
- Click the Stop Indirect button in Time Clock.
- Enter the Employee ID or the Team.
- Select the Indirect Job to be stopped from
the list.
- Click OK.
Note: Indirect time is automatically stopped if the team or employee
starts a setup or production activity.
