Select Visualization

Explanation

This activity is used to select a chart to be displayed in the Visualization View of a particular overview window for your profile. The chart can be selected from a library of charts that are available for that particular window. Up to four charts can be displayed for a window at a given time.

Prerequisites

The overview opened must have a Visualization View enabled.
The current user must have access to the Visualization View.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the chart is saved on the Visualization View of your profile.

Procedure

Open a visualizer-enabled overview window.
If the Data View is displayed, click Visualization View on the title bar.
Query for the records.
Right-click on the chart you need to replace or click on the Context Menu on the topmost left hand corner.
Click Select Visualization.
Double-click on the chart that you desire to include in the Visualization View.
