Plan Material Requisition

Explanation

This activity is used to manually change the status of a material requisition from Released to Planned. This is done if the material requisition is not considered to be a demand yet. When the requisition is in Planned status, reservation of materials is not allowed.

Prerequisites

A material requisition header must have been entered and saved.

System Effects

The status of the material requisition will be changed to Planned.

Procedure

1. Open the Material Requisition window and populate or query for the appropriate material requisition.
2. Right-click on the header and then click Plan.
3. Click OK to confirm the status change.
