Enter Deviation Reasons

Explanation

Use this activity to enter self-billing deviation reasons. In the customer self-billing process, deviations may occur between the price self-billed by the customer and the expected price. Deviations may also occur between the quantity self-billed by the customer and the expected quantity to be invoiced. Self-billing deviation reasons can be useful when investigating such deviations. Each deviating self-billing line can be manually given a reason explaining why the deviation has occurred, as well as any action taken because of the deviation.
