Procedure

1. Open the Incident Basic Data/Safety Department Questions tab and create a new record.
2. In the Question No field, enter a number which determines in what order questions appear.
3. In the Question field, enter the question you want to ask. It has to be a Yes/No question.
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all questions are entered.
5. Save the information.
