Reject Incident Details

Explanation

This activity is used to reject an incident case registered by a person. Rejected incident cases are not required to be investigated further.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, the incident case is required to have Confirmed status.

Procedure

  1. Open the Incident window.
  2. Search or populate find the required incident case.
  3. Go to the header of window, right-click and click Reject. Note that the person ID of the person performing this action will automatically show in the Acknowledged/Rejected By field.
