Register Agencies Involved

Explanation

This activity is used to record details of agencies or organizations involved in the incident investigation.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, organizations are required to be defined in the Incident Basic Data/Agency window.

Procedure

  1. Open the Incident window. Ensure that the required incident case is selected in the header
  2. Go to the Incident/Investigation/Agencies Involved sub-tab.
  3. Create a new record and select the agency for the investigation in the Agency Involved field.
  4. Enter the contact person for the agency and communication details in the relevant fields.
  5. Save the information.
